Csaba Péter’s main area of specialisation is real estate law. He has extensive experience with the elaboration of legal constructions to large-scale real estate projects, greenfield and brownfield real estate investments, the legal advising to the management of real estate portfolios, as well as on the field of construction law, from the legal aid to the arrangement of the official permits and licenses, to the elaboration of construction contracts and legal support to investments with the involvement of a construction trustee.
Mr Péter has extensive experience in corporate transactions, including in particular domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and transformation of companies.
Mr Péter has outstanding knowledge of the legal aspects of representing foreign investors in Hungary.
